You can also become highly irritable and anxious and this could cause you to start talking too fast and too much. Another symptom of Bipolar disorder is to have an increase in your energy levels, which will mean less sleep for you. Acting impulsively is another symptom you need to be aware of because many people will do something that they will later regret doing. Half of the people that have this Bipolar illness have been found to experience delusions or hallucinations.
Depressive episode – When you are having this type of Bipolar episode you will begin to experience overwhelming feelings of sadness and emptiness. There will also be a loss of energy and a loss in doing activities that used to interest you. Many people will find that they have trouble concentrating on anything. Plus there will be a change in sleeping habits and appetite. Not everyone but some people will even have thoughts of suicide or they attempt it.
Mixed episode – This is both the manic and depressive symptoms combined.

It is imperative if you think you are having any of these symptoms to get to a doctor so they can help you. They will be able to work with you to find the right treatment for you. Don’t let this go untreated because any symptoms that you are having will get worse the longer they are untreated.
